AVOID !!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! These are THIEVES! I really wish I had read the reviews before I bothered with these people. These are FRAUDULENT people. They will advertise a certain package at a certain price and then charge you a higher price and never deliver all the products they promise to you I tried to complain to them hoping they could resolve the issue but they are so VERY unprofessional and aggressive that when I told them about the false advertising and that they had advertised more product for a lower price, they essentially said I was being stingy and making a fuss over what is “small price difference” …. Even if that was true, how is it acceptable to undergo FALSE ADVERTISING!????!!! They were so rude to me, honestly avoid it at all cost. It was genuinely upsetting to interact with these thieves!!

Scam! Awful company! Missed deliveries which totally ruined my diet plan and has no money to replace food so didn't eat for days. Deliveries arrived several days after best before so had to throw away. Customer Service man "Gary" threatened to take more payments after he confirmed cancellation. Food worked out around £8 a meal and was not worth it. Even the fresh batch was causing upset tummy probably because it was gone off, hence my cancelling. The replacement meals hadn't been sent as promised. Then the next round sent out were also delayed and turned up with melted ice packs. My complaints were met with patronising rudeness and threats of continuing the plan.Thinking of cancelling my bank card beause I'm worried they'll continue to charge after cancellation.

Poor quality food with little veg. Chicken always chewy, food always tasteless. Asked several times not to charge or send orders again but still taking payments! Do not recommend at all

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED- The food, service and welcome was great, I love the look of the place too, great vibe. What made it 5-star for me, was the fact that they could cater to my allergies. If your focus is on great tasting, nutritious food, then I highly recommend this place. The other poor reviews are nothing to do with this takeaway! If these so called customers cannot work that out, then how trustworthy are they? Mind blowing how some people feel the need to spread inaccurate bile. I highly recommend this place and I feel that I need to again mention the food, because it was delicious.

They lie about the subscription service. They do not mention anywhere that you have to place a minimum of 3 orders before you can cancel. A deceiving way of trapping customers without allowing them flexibility of cancelling when they like (like how other meal prep companies do which are far better) I explained this to Gary via email and he responded to my email without addressing this point. I asked them not to send any further deliveries as I'm cancelling but yet they did and still charged me for it. Absolute joke
