Yesterday 3rd. Nov. I checked in at the Holiday Inn reception at 21. 20 for my 21.45 appointment, sat where I was instructed and waited to be called for my medical. At 22.10 I inquired as to be when I would be seen only to be told that the doctor had gone home. A total waste of my money, time and fuel. I spoke to D4 Drivers today and they said that they would look into it and tried to defend their dodgy doctor's incompetence. No mention of a refund or apology. A truly disreputable organisation, best avoided.
