Very professional company. We required an inspection of the roof timbers for potential rot and/or infestation. The surveyor who came was knowledgeable and informative regarding the state of the timbers and the potential treatment work. He reassured us that we had no rot or infestation and his report covered the aspects of the work that he felt would be advisable to preserve the old roof timbers - his explanation was clear, the quote was very reasonable and we were satisfied that all the work specified was worth carrying out. The support staff have been very easy to contact and have completed any tasks on time as promised.
