    We have been waiting for 12 weeks already, and Darlings say we will have to wait for at least 5 more, even though we were promised our sofa will be ready in 8 weeks. Support agent was absolutely unhelpful, “we can’t do anything”, that’s what they said and then just stopped replying. Stay away from them at all costs, their service is a disgrace. I won’t be surprised if the sofa will be of poor quality.

    BEWARE they will lie about the lead time and then not communicate with you. Been waiting a month over the original lead time and no update. I am pregnant and very uncomfortable without a sofa. They have responded to my trust pilot review and not to my actual email!? Looks like they respond to everyone with “we take delays very seriously” but obviously not as it’s been happening to so many people. They just want your money. DO NOT TRUST. Order 100036364

    Terrible service, ordered a sofa from them more than two months ago and still no news or any voluntary update from them, I would seriously reccomend anyone who wants to order furniture to find elsewhere as this is not a reputable nor honest company - I have spend thousands of pounds on one piece of furniture for them to completly forget about my order when I could have spent all of this time and money buying a sofa that actually gets delivered. Customer service is probably one of the worst ones I have encountered in any company. *EDIT in response: I’ve tried to call twice now and talking to you Chloe but the line was always disconnected. It is useless to leave a comment and then not picking up the phone.

    I spent 2 hours talking with one of the new employee to get a proper quote and advise on the sofa I wanted then I was told to get a sample of my fabric coming in, I would need to pay for the sample to come to their shop and then I would get a refund once the sample is going back to their supplier. We are talking about a company that sells £3000 a sofa. That says it all. Talking about Customer Service, another faux-pas.

    Worst possible experience with them, they are just a distributor, they have no control over their production suppliers it seems. I ordered my sofa-bed in November for an expected delivery in January. I called them early january to get an update, they told me they are missing something that would be delivered on Janury the 30th which would allow delivery the next week. By this date I did not get any update. I had to chase them through February with random explanation that the supplier is missing the sofa bed mecanism to finaly get a call back on february 27th to tell me that the supplier miss-cut the fabric and needs two weeks more to receive new fabric. Now awaiting mid-march for some news. Unacceptable level of service for this kind of price. I can only hope that the sofa itself is good.

    Very disappointing experience. I ordered a loveseat sofa bed for my baby’s room - and am still waiting for it (> 8 weeks). Today I am called to say it will be another 2-3 weeks. Quite ridiculous. Especially at a time where it would be used daily in my house. I had paid for a premium product/service, yet this feels nothing like it! The customer team have apologised but keep emphasising it is out of their control. I had used this company before - but feel very let down by this. Would not recommend - far better companies/brands out there that will treat your order with more respect.

    Super comfy sofa and excellent customer service!! Great warehouse which had so many models and all the fabrics they have available, we spent an hour there trying all the different sofas. Shout out to Martyn who was so helpful with our order and gave really prompt updates. Sofa came within the estimated time frame. The sofa itself is perfect and so comfy, just what we wanted and the delivery guys were great too. All round 5 stars we love it thank you!!!

    The most expensive and uncomfortable sofa I ve never bought. What you see in the showroom is not what you will receive. Customer service can only tell you that it takes time to became comfortable as in the shop. Never again

    There have been 12 weeks already and I have no sofa and no estimated time of delivery or completion. The lead time was 8-10 weeks. I try to cancel it and get swift sofa deliver in next few days. Darlings want to charge me 10% for cancellation for the sofa that they can't produce or deliver. so bad - avoid :(
