I've been trying to book an appointment for a couple weeks now, no one ever picks up the phone during opening hours. calls just get disconnected as soon as i dial the option in the answering machine. i've tried multiple days, tried inputting the other option ( someone picks up only to tell me "thats the other option, cant help you, you need to dial again"), tried leaving a message (during the supposed opening hours). i dont know what else to do.
