Ron Laser and his team are at best incompetent and at worst dangerous to manage your property. It’s been over 5 years and they consistently ignore emails / outreach, display complete apathy and have no understanding of urgency. The roof in our building has been leaking on and off for 6mo now and they are yet to actually find a solution to the problem, at this point mostly ignoring emails. Moreover the lift in the building still breaks down every 3-4 days. Most recently the power went out and they did nothing at all to restore it, instead the residents independently got an electrician to respond and solve the problem. Anytime you get them in person all they do is point the finger at the original developer of the property claiming nothing is their fault. A complete shambles - avoid using them at all costs!
