allows dangerous people to race without repercussions. Ruins the fun for the skilled racers. On my trip here i had to stop early and leave the kart due to the pure health risk present. Track is run by what seems to be teenagers with a manager who is only interested in raking in customers. Upon exiting the track halfway through the race after being wiped out by a backmarker i went and spoke to the manager. He told me there is nothing they can do to stop the dangerous drivers and that i should book the way more expensive D-MAX kart session. You pay £98 for a session and expect for the people who run said session to be ontop of the outright irresponsible dangerous drivers. Motorsport is dangerous as it is but this is just silly. The fact i had to make a decision to leave early for my own safety is appalling. No effort was made to rectify the issue and the fact a massive crash happened right infront of a marshal to then be told he didnt see who it was makes me believe they are not even truly paying attention. After a strongly worded email to the company i am yet to still have a response. I will not be returning as i would quite like not to end up in the hospital and i suggest the managment and the staff should seriously be investigated to whether they should actually be allowed to run a site. In my 8 years of karting ive never seen anything like this. Its honestly insane. Disgusting customer service and astronomical prices.
