He gathered many Emerald gemstones to compare and discuss, providing me with a high quality stone. Jaleel took my budget into great consideration and care and found what was best suited for my needs! I had went on holiday and Jaleel remained in communication through the process of crafting this beautiful ring and I cannot be any happier, definitely the best shop and customer service I have had in my experience of visiting Hatton garden on this day! The final result is a Halo Engagement ring 18K Gold 1.7 Carat Emerald Gemstone (Zambian) and I cannot wait to propose with it! After perusing most of Hatton Gardens, i choose to take my custom to Dazzle Diamonds to get a bespoke ring made up for my wife on our 40th wedding anniversary. The service was excellent and we've ended up with a beautiful ring with a large ruby as the centrepiece with a diamond each side. Jaleel was really helpful in helping us select the right stone - few others in Hatton Garden were able to show the range of ruby stones that Jaleel had to offer. Nor did other dealers show much interest in gemstones as they were mostly focused on just selling diamonds. So, 5 stars for the quality of service, the selection of gemstones, and ultimately for making a beautiful ring.
