I had booked an appointment a week in advance, when i arrived for my appointment i was turned away as they had not done their due diligence and booked me in. They all denied speaking with me despite me showing them evidence that a conversation did take place. It is extremely unprofessional as people take time out their day and travel into city centre. Extremely unreliable and no apology given for the huge inconvenience. I have now wasted a whole day due to the Salons incompetence.

My sons been growing his hair for months for a perm,booked this salon as it was close to home and did male perms bad mistake that was he was home within the hour with not a curl to be seen on his head but still took his money £50 this cost him from his own money and what a disgrace. I personally think they took advantage i wish I went with him now! If you cant do what is asked you shouldnt be taking money off clients ridiculous. Should be ashamed of yourself Service: Perms

Booked my son in for a perm he’s been growing his hair months and been really looking forward to this day, the trains weren’t running so I updated the salon by text explaining that I had to get the bus instead , she said that was all ok and I could just turn up when I turned up , but to be polite and keep her in the loop that I was still coming I text 5 mins before I got of the bus in Manchester , bearing in mind I’d text 5 mins before this too and everything was still ok according to her , I get of the bus 5 mins later ring the salon and then she tells me I can no longer take my son , I now have a 10 year old boy in tears , don’t recommend one bit totally out of order

I will absolutely be returning to Denny's for hair colouring by Jodie. She gave me a lovely blonde and haircut (I am very particular about my colour!) and really listened and gave advice. Not only was the hair result lovely, the customer service throughout was excellent. I had the best salon experience with Jodie of any Manchester salon so far. Also, the prices are excellent.
