Exceptional customer service! Having ordered a jacket and discovered upon delivery that I needed a smaller size, I contacted Hollands Country Clothing and Libbigail was the most helpful customer service representative I have ever been in contact with - quite literally. The jacket was exchanged for a different size (which fits perfectly), communication was excellent throughout and nothing was too much trouble. Hollands now have a new, loyal customer, thanks to their 'above and beyond' service. Highly recommended.
