I took my Vitara into the dealership in Norwich today, I had a recall notice, I booked online. Once I arrived & was greeted by staff who were very professional and courteous. I was told the approximate time of completion would be about 4 hours, but in just under 2 hours I had a text saying my car was ready. I also had a video health check text, nothing wrong thankfully. Thanks to Joe Taylor and Joe Browne, oh not forgetting the staff member who washed my car. Top quality service.

Got our Jeep from Desira, she goes back there for all the servicing and MOT's, top class service from them, maybe not the cheapest. But we get continuity and they know the vehicle, great staff, polite and helpful... Sat in their waiting room while they did the MOT. Free coffee and a TV to watch. Not too long to wait, all done. Passed so that was great... and they gave her a wash too..... great service.
