The worst company I've ever worked for. Massive blame culture. They recruit masses of people whilst firing others. The boats are poorly put together and they gloss over any issues brought to their attention. What's worse is, when you finally break, due to their unsafe working practices and organisational skills, they don't pay you what you're owed. Instead they blame you for poor workmanship and damage that you had nothing to do with. It's amazing that your work is great, until you leave. I wouldn't have cared about the money, but I certainly won't take the blame for someone else's work! Work for these cowboys with your eyes open. You have been warned?
