Terrible company. I used global express which is supposed to get parcel gauranteed next morning delivery .. I made a bespoke tailored waistcoat for customer who needed it urgently for business meetings .. It was delayed in Milan at customs.. DHL did nothing .. Now it's being sent back to me .. What a farce .. Tried calling DHL could not get through ,tried to live chat- I tried everything.. They don't make it easy for you to communicate with them .. I somehow got through to the USA on a call with the Americans DHL.. Don't ask me how !!.. what a waste of many hours of my valuable time ,I'm in business as well and have a shop to run.. I will never use DHL again.. A joke of a company.
