Natalie was professional, respectful and helped us through the whole process at a difficult time and ensured my 91 year old Mother had a beautiful service. I was extremely happy with the services provided by Julie and her team, and the recommendation of a celebrant to run the service on our family's behalf. Everything ran smoothly and the suggestion of yellow ties for the guys who carried my dad was a nice touch. The flowers ordered were absolutely beautiful and just what I asked for, and the horse racing theme on the service pamphlet was lovely. Thank you all for your help and helping to make a very stressful situation a lot easier for us, and I would definitely recommend you to anyone who needs help on these sad occasions.

Julia and her team at Chichester were extremely professional, caring and helpful when arranging the direct cremation of my father. Julia was compassionate in all her dealings with my family, helping us achieve our personal wishes in these difficult times. She arranged chapel visiting for my daughter who had been unable to say goodbye to her grandfather which gave her peace and closure. She enabled us to send Dad off with photos and memorabilia of his much loved family and red tulips which represented his beautiful garden. Thank you so much Julia for giving a wonderful father, grandfather and great grandfather of 99 years a fitting and dignified funeral.
