Ordered nerarly £400 of ink for our A1 photograhphc printer. Website states 'Usually dispatched within 24 hours'. 7 days later we have not recieved the ink, so we sent an email. 2 days later we got a reply saying a further 10 delay. The website still shows stock of the same ink and still promises: 'Usually dispatched within 24 hours'. We have asked for a refund and our seeking alternative supplies.

Personally, I had excellent service from DLK. Communication from John was perfect and when I needed to learn how to operate my new DS620 printer from them, he even gave me a video demo!! Can’t say the same for a lot of other companies once you’ve already made your purchase. Will definitely be coming back again to order some more ink rolls!!

Bought a photo printer @£840 which I needed urgently. After a delay DLK delivered it to the wrong address. I called up and explained - several times - and asked for the cost of travel to collect the printer to be covered. They refunded the delivery charge which was 1/5 of the costs incurred. No calls returned, no manners - just second rate service from a second rate company. You're better off just using Amazon.

I must start by saying i found the company through Google whilst I was looking for photo wallets. They had a picture of a photo wallet so I bought a 1000. They sent me completely different wallets. I rang in to complain and the only option given was to return it. I could not as my staff had already started using these. They are a good business. They answer calls and are very polite. As a result I am leaving 4 star. Courtesy is very important, and the wallets are usable - so I will leave it as a 4 star. The member of staff I spoke to in dlk on 29/10 also verified that the photo on the website was different to what was on their site..
