  I have been seeing Dr Rong for about 8-9 months now and I cannot recommend her highly enough, she is incredible. She is caring, insightful and knows exactly what she’s talking about. She also leads by example and practices what she preaches in her own life. After years of insomnia, adrenal exhaustion, burnout, chronic stress and fatigue, I am finally starting to feel myself. When I first went to see Dr Rong I knew something was seriously wrong and I knew my kidneys and heart were in bad shape - having read books on Chinese medicine myself and being able to spot the signs. Without sharing this with Dr Rong, after my consultation she had identified the same things and told me that all my organs were in a weakened state due to poor lifestyle choices and poor stress management. My heart and kidneys were especially weak and needed the most assistance. I have been taking on all of her advice about nutrition, rest and wellbeing, and I have been taking the herbs twice a day everyday, along with accupuncture every fortnight and I am noticing s huge difference. I am finally falling asleep and staying asleep through the night without having to supplement, I have more energy, vitality and I just feel more confident, stable and happy. I’m not fully there yet, but now I can see the light! My health was in a really bad state and it took years to reach that damaged state, and so I knew it wasn’t going to be an overnight success, but I can feel and see the differences in myself and my life and I’m so grateful to Dr Rong.   Very good experience. Highly recommend. Thank you Dr Rong. My body was in poor condition as I was very stressed at work and I had to work in midnight. I felt tired easily and had menstrual disturbances for years. My skin was thus also in poor condition - dry, and full of acnes and scars. All these problems are greatly improved after I sought help from Dr Rong. In just a few months, I feel that my health finally starts to come back. I have become much more energetic. My menstrual cycle has also finally started to normalize. Skin condition has also greatly improved - more hydrated, fewer acnes, and the red spots from acnes are fading faster. Besides, Dr Rong cares about patients a lot. She is always willing to answer all my questions. Other than offering acupuncture and herbal medicine, she also gives pieces of advice on lifestyle modification to improve my health. I have recommended Dr Rong to my family.   Booking my very first acupuncture session with Dr. Rong was very straight forward. The insight given by Dr. Rong was also very much an eye opener to how I looked after my body and what food you are consuming to have a balanced and stable body. We went through a few lifestyle questions and general diagnosis. The whole process of acupuncture was also surprisingly relaxing! I was diagnosed by GPs in my area to have "Tennis Elbow" and had to exercise and stretch on a daily basis before I see any improvements. 3 weeks have gone but there was just residual pain or an uncomfortable feeling. Dr. Rong then proceeded with the acupuncture procedure where there was pain and it was definitely an experience having the procedure done. I was so relaxed that I felt like sleeping and just sink into the bed. After around 45mins of just relaxing, the procedure was done and I couldn't believe feeling a slight relief in the area of effect. The process takes time to heal and Dr. Rong will give you herbal medicine to accompany the procedure but within a week of drinking herbal tea and the acupuncture treatment I feel that my arm is now within a period of healing completely. I cannot wait to start playing basketball and golf again! Thank you Dr. Rong and I will definitely be back for any future ailments.

  Since my first COVID vaccine in January, I suffered with a persistent cough. Dr Rong recommended some herbal medicine and I was cured within the week, after multiple trips to the doctors and scans, Dr Rong worked wonders! The herbal medicine tasted nice too, it’s been my tea replacement! 😃
