Ordered initially a couple weeks ago, order was completely messed up, had to get the order resent which took an additional 40 mins. They compensated with a £15 voucher which I can only use on full price products… anyway ordered again today and they messed up half the order with cold dough balls and large pizza completely wrong. When I called up I first mentioned the current problem and then mentioned my frustration with last time and now this issue and the girl who answered the phone ignored me and without apology said they were sending out a new pizza. Doesn’t sound much typing it but the tone of voice used was rude and careless and this girl on the phone alone is a terrible advocate for the branch. Not a care in the world for an order either her or her team messed up and seemingly consistently mess up. After this order there won’t be another.

Over priced We done a lunchtime collections Very little topping so tastes rather bland and doughy Ordered 2 portions of wedges..and well we we got for £8 was disgusting...barely a while portion when both added together get more in a children's happy meal from Macdonald's. Don't waste your money
