It's with regret I write this one star review! I have already tried to contact domino's directly, as prompted to do so and as advised on their boxes, but after taking the time to write a full, polite, informative review, their online system insisted I reduce it to 1200 characters and then when I did this, it wouldn't submit it, asking me to start again. I refused to do this hence my Google review. I went in branch yesterday to pick up a takeaway due to a power cut and it was one of the few takeaway open due to the bank holiday. My complaint is with their pricing structure and complexity of their "offers" as they call them, but I still came away spending £80 I went in branch and order food in line with their offers advertised on the counter. When I came to pay it was greater than I anticipated, so a second member of staff checked it and I was informed it was correct. I paid as we needed food but I was disappointed not to get an itemised receipt. The staff were polite, well turned out and our food was OK but my complaint is with the company and their unwillingness to list directly to customers, therefore I say, keep your distance from this corporate machine before it eats you ! Their are couple of great independent takeaway in this line of shops which offer great food at sensible prices
