Ive been a couple of times. Each time they disappoint me. I had my acrylics removed by them and had gels instead. Firstly, they book u in but are always running 30 minutes behind. Secondly, my gels started cracking off within a week. They fixed it for free but the next day another one cracked. Im pretty sure they must be filling their fancy gels with a cheaper version. I know gel isn’t meant to crack like that as I’ve had it before. He tried saying its because my natural nails are weak but they aren’t and when the gel cracked off my nails didn’t come off with it. Cheap skates. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Services: Acrylic nails, Manicure, Gel manicures

I wanted SNS on my nails and asked if they provided the service, they said yes and as soon as they were finished I said to my friend I think this is acrylic dipping powder. Within a week my Real nails started snapping and breaking, so I went back for a repair and got asked what was used on my nails, and when I said SNS I was asked whether I was sure I got them done here? Which then confirmed to me they in fact do not have SNS and I was lied to. My nails are now all broken after growing them healthy and strong for over 2 years and I’m really annoyed and upset about it. Why lie to a customer? Just say you don’t have it! I remembered the ‘SNS’ brand after the repair appointment and when I googled it… lo and behold it was acrylic dipping powder! The brand was ‘not polish’ and the tub had a red lid, so if you ask for SNS and they pull this out, I would recommend you say that’s acrylic powder! Angry isn’t even the word. I’ll never be coming back. £45 to get my nails destroyed is a joke. Service: Manicure

Done my nails today. Unfortunately this time I am not happy with the service. The guy took really long time to do my natural nails. Then payed 52£ as returning customer for acrylic overlay nails ...the guy just ruin my natural shape and lengh. All of them have different shapes and some nails long some so short. For that price I would expect much better job Really disappointed Service: Acrylic nails
