Very hard to get an appointment when you do it’s an telephone consultation. How can a doctor see a patients over the telephone and prescribe. Receptionists are the biggest doctor. Terrible GP.

Just spent 33mins on hold with the message saying I'm 3rd in the queue. Then I was cut off. Tried to call back and I got through to an EE Voicemail. The Voicemail is full so I can't leave a message now. What can I do to get an appointment? This is a genuine question... what are these surgeries doing? And you wonder why people get frustrated and lose their temper? I'm sorry but I am really disappointed at what's going in today's world.... they're looking for any excuse not to do their jobs. It's sad.

Absolutely disgusting, I've been racially discriminated. The receptionists ignored my well being and decided to serve her own ethnic background and the other receptionist decided to pick up calls and give the morning appointments to her ethnic background and speak her language. the last time this practice didn't take care of me i was hospitalised. i didn't sleep last at all been vomiting and having diarrhoea all night and they still ignored me. Very disappointed with the service here.
