An absolute joke of a practice. I was calling the practice beforehand to let them know that I will be running late due to traffic conditions, when I called, there was a call queue also which didn't help. I took off time from work to able to get there directly from work, only to be told I can't be seen due to "Home visits". I was 9 minutes late! Being able to get an appointment is a given at this practice in the first place! The standards are a mess. The doctor in question is Esha Hussain, I will definitely be taking the matter further as this is not on at all.

Very poor service. They need to close this place down, it’s causing alot of issue to the general public in this area. Called this morning for a appointment for myself and son. They let me book myself in but said call back and wait the que for the appointment for your son. ‘One call one appointment she said’ are you guys actually taking people’s health as a joke. Pharmacy is just as bad, has a que forever, very long always told to come back to collect the next day alot of inexperienced staff that walk about and do nothing. Closed for lunch? We all work in buisness and all need our lunch, but closing the buisness down for lunch? That is completely out of order, work through a rota lunch! Last week they was not letting anyone in to the pharmacy 30 minutes before lunch as they wanted to make sure no customer was inside when closing for lunch on time. This place needs shutting ASAP.

I have been a patient here for the last 10 years, although it was not the best to begin with, they have improved drastically. I have always been able to get an appointment, and the doctors are very good in evaluating and listening to my concerns. The receptionists are fantastic whether on the phone or in person. They are helpful, they are patient, they listen to concerns and address them to the best they can. We cannot blame a gp service when the main culprit is the government which is not providing enough funding to the NHS, the staff can only do so much, with very little. Look at dentist service, cannot find a single dentist in the whole UK taking on NHS patients, now imagine the same at a gp service, scandalous government ruled by elite class to manipulate working class.

Regular piss poor service. Seems like they they think Hillside. Bridge is part of their own personal fiefdom. This is not Pakistan pal it's the NHS. Seems to have more patients than they are capable of dealing with, but as long as Dr Akbar is making good money off the terrible service he is offering the community then that's ok. They also try to intimidate their patients with legal action when their exposed.

I have been to so many surgery's all over Bradford and I have been failed by so many time and time again along with my 3 year old daughter who has been suffering with a cough and infections in her tonsils from a young age from the moment we have moved to this surgery they have done everything possible to help us where we have been failed by others I would like to say I can't thank shaifahna enough for helping my family get the treatment we needed even writing letters to specialists at the bri to help fast track my daughters treatment we have suffered for so long and now we can see the light at the end of the tunnel I can't understand these bad reviews we have never had a bad experience with this surgery always polite and try to accommodate as best they can
