  I had punch excision + Taylor Liberator subcision + ablative CO2 laser 6 months ago with Dr H for acne scarring on my face. After each procedure Dr H monitored me closely via text message which was very reassuring. I did develop post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation after the laser procedure which was very noticeable and made me very self-conscious. Dr H kindly offered me some extra PICO laser which definitely helped, and the hyperpigmentation has now completely resolved. If you have slightly darker skin like I do, just be aware that this will most likely occur, although it is temporary. I'd say there has been a 90% improvement in my acne scars which I didn't think would ever happen so I'm very pleased. I have been left with some residual redness in my cheeks, but this is only mildly noticeable and easily covered with makeup. Dr H definitely knows his stuff. His team is great. The procedures are intense but they get the job done. Would 100% recommend.

  Over 6 months ago I was recommended Dr H Consult by another well known skin care clinic in Marylebone about my acne scarring. Following a consultation with Dr H, it was advised to carry out a punch excision to reduce the indentation of my deep ice pick scars and following that procedure of a period of 2 weeks to carry out the full face fully ablative Co2 laser resurfacing to rejuvenate the skin and provide an even surface. I was informed of the commitment this will require in terms of the 3 months healing process and the risk of hyperpigmentation. Dr H was very upfront about the whole process, the result expectations and I understood the level of commitment required following treatment with the strict skin care application and so was mentally prepared. 3 months following the laser resurfacing, I visited Dr H for a follow up appointment to compare the before photos to my current skin condition. To my surprise it was a significant difference within the result expectation of 60-70% improvement. I can honestly say I am happy with the results and would visit to Dr H again in the future to carry out more treatment to improve the region where further resurfacing is required.

  Hi everyone. I had two procedures with Dr H and I genuinely couldn't be happier with the results!! 🙏 First I had the Taylor Liberator procedure and I could see huge improvements. The procedure itself makes so much sense in the way it cuts the tethering of scars from the deeper layers of the skin and I only wish I could have done this years ago. Dr H and his wonderful assistant helped me through this procedure with outmost warmth, kindness, patience and explanation. I found the actual treatment not too uncomfortable, but more embarrassing because you do really resemble a proper chipmunk due to the temporary injections in your cheeks. However, later on I realised this is such a daily encounter for the DrHConsult team and they are completely used to it. The swelling went down within a day for me and I had a few bruises for about 4 days. I'm so grateful for Dr H for personally guiding me out the building and into my awaiting taxi because you do have to remove glasses and contacts for this procedure. About 6 weeks later I returned to have the fully ablative co2 resurfacing. Again I felt safe, welcomed by everyone. Had numbing cream on pre surgery and then injections on my face to help with pain, swelling and recovery. Again I didn't think anything was unbearable, but more of a discomfort and eagerness to see the results. The only annoying part for me was the adrenaline in my body completely took over my right leg which I just couldn't keep still....but Dr H and his assistant reassured me how normal this is 🤦🏼‍♀️ Eventually my leg calmed down, but if I ever have this again I'd ask if I can tie my legs down🤭 I must admit I was a little worried about being able to pick up my son from school one week after this procedure, but Dr H was completely right in saying I would be ok by then👍 (day 7) It's absolutely astounding how our bodies heal (by following correct instructions etc) and day by day I recovered. Day 1 to 3 I'd say was the "worst" in how you look. It's scary looking and of course sore, but totally normal and worth it. Day 3 to 5 it definitely feels better and starts to look less angry and by days 5-6-7 it's mostly redness and little swelling left. By agreement with Dr H I could use a little concealer or make up for school collection on day 7, but I honestly didn't need too. Pain wise during the recovery I genuinely didn't suffer too much at all. I used some prescribed pain medication as directed, rested, was alone (but regularly checked on) and just let time heal. Just as Dr H pre informed me it's the oozing from the face as it heals which is the most annoying 🤷🏼‍♀️. After this procedure you send Dr H photos of your face every day so he can check your recovery. This is wonderful and made me feel safe, cared for and appreciated. All medication and creams are pre organised by Dr H and by this I have found these to be amazing for my skin and way cheaper and better than any top brands I have tried previously. After my 2 procedures with Dr H Consult I genuinely no longer need to look away from mirrors everywhere and just that is still an indescribable wonderful feeling for me. I don't have to be aware of angles or lighting and I don't use any concealing make up. I actually go out without any makeup on my skin other than a touch of bronzer and lipstick and it feels so amazing. Don't waste money on mediocre treatments out there. What Dr H offers are actual genuine results that are long term life changing in the most positive way. I am forever grateful. E x

  I have struggled with acne scars since I was a teen and no doctor out there was willing to give me a solution to this problem - acne scars and south asian skin - doctors ran from this combo! So I cannot describe how I felt when I found out what Dr Hussain does and the fact that my skin could also be treated! I was buzzing to meet him and for him to tell me he can fix my scar ridden face. He was the nicest, most humble being in this position of power and explained everything before the treatment, during the treatment and was available instantly on WhatsApp after the treatment for any concerns I had (and you will question everything when you are healing FYI so his constant reassurance was everything I needed, bless him!). It’s not just Dr Hussain though, his team is another level of kind! Debbie was my first point of contact and was constantly there during the treatment waiting periods (after being numbed and swollen and after the treatment etc) and even fed me (which I’ll never forget!) when I forgot to eat before the treatment because I was running late - It’s these little things that count and my heart was so full!! My skin has been smooth and rosey 3 months after the treatment. The procedure is intense, no doubt about it! I had the taylor liberated subscion and fully ablative CO2 resurfacing done. I am beyond satisfied with my results 3 months in, and I am told that my skin will continue to improve over time more and more so I look forward to looking even better than I already do. If you suffer from acne scarring, I encourage you to save money for this treatment and book time off to recover from it and just go for it!! I wouldn’t trust anyone over Dr. Hussain! On a side note: had to go in for a ultrasound of my face to see how I was healing and the ultrasound doctor deserves praise for his thorough check and humour :P Update: thought I’d update my review since so many were viewing it. This treatment does make the appearance of scars 75% better (most completely gone depending on type of scar) but be warned, your face shape does change. Apparently this is something that should be expected but I didn’t realise this. You will be scar free but your face will look different. It’s better to be mentally prepared that’s why I am updating my review

  Results were amazing. I had a TL followed by full ablative C02 laser at their clinic 3 months ago and the scarring has significantly improved (70-80%) particularly in the cheek area. Definitely worth it. Really appreciate that Dr H and his assistant Debbie were very accommodating throughout the process and easily contacted thru whatsapp whenever I have questions. The whole team is very nice and the service is great overall.

  Not good enough because he charge 3000£ for 1 season of co2 laser while at the other clinics they charge only 1500£ for 3 Season of co2 laser that’s very big different!

  Dr H is by far the best, after a year of visiting various private clinics for months on end and treatments being unsuccessful for verrucas and trying out new devices and methods, I came across Dr H, booked a consultation and Dr H knew the exact treatment needed and it worked!!!! I only wish I’d known about this amazing dermatologist before hand, any skin issues problems, Dr H is your number one go too! And such a gentleman. Thank you so much Dr H

  Facial Skin Restoration after Sun Damage I have just turned 60 and keen to seek treatment for my sun damaged skin, as some areas were becoming worrisome. I was extra concerned as my mother suffers from Bowens disease, and I didn’t want this to develop with me. After trying numerous alternative treatments, with limited success, I decided to seek out Dr H, after he had been recommended to me. The treatment that I chose was Fully Ablative Laser Resurfacing (CO2 & Erbium YAG). I am writing this review having been signed-off after 3 months of recovery, and can honestly say that the results have exceeded my expectations. I did lots of research, including following Nartasha (nartasha_ba Instagram page) and felt fully prepared for the procedure and its associated discomforts. I was aware that I would be out of commission socially for approximately 3 months, so I went ahead and cleared my diary. Day 1 The staff were wonderful and dispelled any apprehension that I may have had. The procedure went to plan, and because of the medication, I experienced no discomfort whatsoever. Walking out unassisted was not possible as I couldn’t see at all well as a result of the antiseptic cream applied to the eye shields. I was also very unsteady on my feet due to the painkillers. The first person to see me was my husband and it’s fair to say that he was quite shocked at the sight of me! I spent the first few days at home just sitting or sleeping in a sitting position. This is by far the most boring stage of recovery, not least because I wasn’t allowed to wear spectacles so I couldn’t read or watch TV. By Day 4, I was genuinely thinking that I might have made a mistake and was definitely regretful. In all honesty, the first 10 days are brutal, by now my husband was describing my looks to be akin to that of Freddy Kruger, so it’s just as well that you are confined to stay indoors for the first 14 days! I found that the requirement to send daily photographs to Dr H served to confirm that everything was going to plan and, even when I questioned this, Dr H was quick to respond and to reassure me. On one occasion, Dr H deduced that I had started with an infection and was quick to respond by sending me antibiotics, which did the trick. This procedure is not for the light-hearted; it is imperative that you follow the strict rules religiously. The good news is I can assure you that, in my opinion (as well as those of my friends and relatives) the results are outstanding. Not only has my sun damage gone, but my wrinkles have too! Dr H & Debbie are professional yet welcoming and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anybody. It’s clear to me that Dr H genuinely cares about his patients, which may account for him always running late! 3 Months on – I visited Dr H for my review and have been given the all clear. He left me in no doubt that, should I have any issues in the future, he will be there for me.

  Update: BBL and Halo Laser October 2022 I had my second Halo treatment with Dr H and this time he treated my face and decolletage with the combination of Sciton's BBL and Halo lasers. The results were outstanding and this will become a yearly treatment in the months following summer when the pigmentation resurfaces. The treatment requires numbing for both lasers and once the cream has been on for approximately 45 minutes, the treatment begins. This is not a painful procedure and the results are fabulous. Both lasers address pigmentation issues and the Halo laser provides extra refining benefits with ongoing collagen production and delivers a beautifully clear complexion. Downtime - with such excellent results one must expect some downtime! My face healed faster than my chest - and this is totally normal. I was a little swollen on day 2, but this was expected and not a concern. Day 2-3 brown specs appear which are called Mends and are to be expected to last until day 7 or more. My pigmentation is deep so Dr H adjusts settings accordingly. These lasers are incredible and it's important to choose a well practiced practitioner - and this is why I choose Dr H as he provides a truly bespoke service. Lastly - aftercare is important and I can recommend taking antihistamines to reduce the swelling and Dr H will provide you with the necessary medicines to keep you comfortable. Overall this is a 5 star treatment and service provided by Dr H and his fabulous team. I'll see them again next October! I had full ablative resurfacing with Dr Ashley Hilton and Dr Asif Hussein on the face including the eye area and the results are fabulous. The results have surpassed my expectations and has tackled sun damage, crepey skin under eyes and the removal of skin tags on my eyelids - all in one treatment. I was anxious about having local anaesthesia (from a previous experience) and Dr H put me at ease with some pre meds which worked a treat and I did not feel any of the injections or feel any rush from the medication. The procedure itself was painless and only took approximately 45 minutes. I recommend taking paracetamol, a bottle of water and a straw with you to take on your journey home to eliminate any slight pain or burning feeling once the anaesthesia wears off. I also recommend taking an antihistamine like Benadryl post procedure to help reduce swelling. The recovery is fully supported by the Doctors and they are available at all times for advice and as you send daily pictures they can assess the recovery and make any suggestions if necessary (brilliant service).  Allow 10-14 days recovery, days 1-4 you will be swollen with changing colours as the skin heals and by day 10 should be looking fabulous. I'm now looking forward to the continual improvements over the next few months. If you have been considering a  treatment to improve lines, sun damage, scars - don't look further than this procedure - it's a one off treatment and cost effective, you just need the time.

  If you’re looking for a Dr that can take your skin to another level then look no further. I’ve had three procedures done with Dr H. Over the last few years 1 CO2 laser in which I was supported the whole way through sending daily pictures and advice and feedback daily. Being sent home with every drug that may be needed depending on the how my skin would react after the procedure. If your thinking of CO2 let me tell you it literally knocked 10 years of me I felt totally cared for and in safe hands knowing he was always there no matter what time of day 2. Vascular laser to sort out my rosacea I don’t think I can remember a time in all my life I’ve had such beautiful flawless skin. I’ve always had high colour that’s completely disappeared now, just a beautiful pale complexion 3. Scar maintenance. After having a brow lift I was left ( which is the normal now ) 2 small scar’s just above my brow. Day 10 after surgery he wizzed over the scars with a laser to soften them up so I could get to work on massaging them, and week 12 after surgery he went over with another laser. If I told you 3 months after surgery that they have nearly disappeared I’m not exaggerating. I was advised 6-9-12 months before they would fade. Anything I ever need to have done to my skin, he is my go to. You definitely won’t be disappointed, especially if you’re looking for an outcome that you might think it’s unachievable.
