Bought a 2 year old female corn snake from there 2 weeks ago and they couldn’t have made it easier and couldn’t have been more helpful she’s been eating nicely and has taken 2 mice without any problems and settled in very well also a very friendly snake as was handled all the time in the shop before I purchased it 10/10 would recommend

I went there to buy a snake. The member of staff who served me was very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. The snake was for my daughter and he let her hold them and decide which would be the best match for her to do with the breed and personality of the snake. Can't recommend highly enough and will only be shopping here from now on.

Seems like they genuinely care about reptiles and try to give them as good a quality of life as possible. Also vet buyers carefully to ensure they have adequately sized containers. Not all places will do this and if it means they can't undercut prices as much as other places to ensure a high level of care and health for the animals then its definitely worth it.

Hi We always shop here for any animal products we need, and only ever get our reptiles from here. The knowledge from all the staff members is outstanding. We have never ever had an issue with this store, they are very welcoming, polite and will help answer any question or concern we have, the bugs we get for our bearded dragon are all fresh and alive (unlike other stores) I will never shop in a different store when it comes to my reptiles. I honestly feel the care and diligence within ALL staff is amazing. All the animals are immaculately clean, bowls always full, the animals are always full of energy healthy looking. As I've come in multiple times somebody is always there cleaning shelves ect.. Again outstanding work boys and girls! I will always recommend this store to family and friends
