Great Service from Barry. Good communication and explanation at each stage of dealing with the problem. He cleared the blockage but also identified the cause - a tree root - and was able to excavate the pipe and fix it to avoid future blockages. Photos provided at each stage which was great to help me understand the problem and, of course, give me confidence in the work. If I need a drain specialist again I’ll be calling Drainflow.
