Blocked drain. The team responded quickly. Were efficient in clearing the blockage, showing the cause (broken porcelain followin a bathroom remodel a couple of years previously), and explaining what may be needed in th future. The quote given was the price paid (very reasonable) I would definitely recommend and if needed would be happy to use again.
