Horrible agents for students. They will charge unlawful and illegal fees. Won’t communicate when viewings are. They did not clean the house at all before we moved in so it was absolutely filthy. Ignoring our repair requests - we have had a broken window for 2 months now which is classified as an emergency but they don’t help….

Terrible agents. Were always really nasty to me and my flatmates and would never fix any of the problems in the house, leaving them for months at a time. Went for 6 months without an upstairs shower in a 6 person house. Would rate zero if I could.

We used Drake & Co for second and third year accommodation (currently still renting). Nothing is ever too much. If repairs are reported correctly they are dealt with very quickly. Sometimes there is a wait but they will let you know. Normally this is because they have had to ask the landlord. The staff have always been really helpful and polite. When we have been locked out late at night staff have come out to let us in without an issue, as they have 24 hour call out for emergencies. Drakes send us out emails communicating with us on a regular basis. We would recommend them as letting agents as we have found them to be very good.

AVOID at all costs. One of the worst letting agents I have ever had to deal with. Tone of written communications are consistently incredibly rude, patronising, unprofessional and dismissive. The property was absolutely filthy when we moved in. Repairs which are reported are then ignored for months on end. The properties are neglected and incredibly over priced, and the agents refuse to adopt the government’s model tenancy agreement.
