Ordered a Lay Z Spa from Drinkstuff and I was a bit nervous about ordering from them as I hadn't placed an order before but I was pleasantly surprised with their fantastic customer service which included a courtesy call to inform me about my order, and quick delivery! I originally wrote a 5 star review for this company.....however.... The spa pump I purchased became unusable afterless than 3 months due to a heater fault. I informed the company via email and was told it was my fault for letting the filter become clogged!! When I told them this wasn't the case, they ame up with a list of excuses and reasons not to replace the faulty product leaving me £160 out of pocket. I was then told my complaint was "a hassle!" AVOID!

Shocking ordered on Thursday a pizza spade as we needed urgent and paid the EXTRA £9 for next day delivery before 12pm as company we normally use said not in stock until the Monday so we needed for busy restaurant and guess what the order never turned up and no email response yet and shut when we called terrible service

Terrible service. They sent a dispatch email by error which meant I expected my delivery, I then adjusted my stock levels to suit. When I chased them 6 days later I was told it was a mistake, the items were still on back order! Which caused a nightmare with my now outstanding orders. Amelia promised the company would keep me updated (march 16th), I haven’t received a single notification. She then said again today (1st march) that they would keep me updated, which I’d heard before. I have cancelled my order. The unnecessary stress caused by using them just isn’t worth it. It’s impossible to rely on this company. Avoid!
