Outstanding service, polite and efficient. Highly recommended. You can always judge a business by how it responds when something doesn't go to plan. We gave our new curtains to Door2Door for some alterations. After learning of some issues we had, Shocks was very keen to provide a resolution, even though I wasn't that confident it could be corrected. Shocks personally looked into the issue, which turned out in part to be down to a manufacturing defect. Despite this, he arranged for the issue to be corrected, keeping me updated with photos and videos throughout. I'm pleased to say that the curtains now look superb. A true gent and an incredibly professional business!
