Just had a email off this company saying thank you for registering with us, I didn't even registering with them, wo how they have my email address and the ability to to register me is interesting to say the least. Judging by all the 1 star reviews I can see they clearly don't run the company in a legitimate way.

These cowboys are a laugh to say the least :) they sent toilet paper out with the threat of court action on a tiny debt that is 15 years old to my wife who has been paying an agreed amount every month since 2008 ....needless to say it's in the shredder so good luck with your weak and feeble court action muppets let's look at the options: "the creditor didn’t check properly that you could afford the repayments when you signed the agreement" well i could throw that in after all it was 15 years ago so the original paperwork will be in the wind so they won't be able to prove she was financially capable of paying...or how about a copy of the original credit agreement ? again good luck with that....so then end result is this having made an agreement to pay a monthly figure and paying for the last 15 years with no missed payments i think drayden muppets can shuv ay threatening letters up their A** :)

Tried to pay using the website and the automated phone system(both useless) rang the operator to make a payment, asked me far to many questions that I would never have to answer paying on line or by an automated phone system, I refused to tell them how I obtained the money to pay(£48.00) continually asked them if they wanted the payment or not without answering anymore stupid questions, I got nowhere as she would not commit to a yes or no regarding taking my payment, I hung up.

These people have been sending letters to premises for 12 years demanding money from the PREVIOUS OWNER , even sent bailiffs once .when I phoned them to get this stopped they said they would but could not go me written verification of my call nor that it would be stopped. The p who dealt with me was disinterested ,rude and unhelpful .he said tha could give me verification but I could write down that the call was made …no proof though and he basically dismissed me with” write what you want ….nothing to do with me “ so I said I would write down “ phone call made response was rude and unhelpful…….it couldn’t eve the attitude so dissed him and put phone down …hopefully I will never have to deal with this awful company again …..BEWARE EVERYONE

Drydens are very sympathetic and efficient but they ask so many personal questions and spend hours reading about legal stuff and terms and conditions. Very frustrating.

Not sympathetic in the slightest but insisted I set up a regular payment or I’ll get taken to court and I’ll have a CCJ. My husband’s been permanently signed off work so things will obviously not be getting any better. Drydensfairfax were not even willing to wait until I managed to get things sorted and in place!

Do not ever use this bunch of thieving animals who buy debts from people who obviously couldn't afford to pay them in the first place
