Charged £330 for call out ( £180 To introducer) for a plumbing emergency. They took 5 minutes to supposedly identify and fix the problem. 1 hour later I noticed water dripping through ceiling again I basically paid all that money for nothing . I have rang them , emailed and written but still waiting for a reply after 2 months …….
