Really helpful and a very fun experience especially on the boat blasting through the water and also doing tight manoeuvres and parking. The theory was also very enjoyable and I am now prepared to take on a rib or powerboat anytime!

Paul (aka The Admiral) is a tremendous instructor. A natural teacher who is super patient. Hey made our course so much fun while imparting thorough knowledge... his analogies made things so easy to remember. The facilities are superb and we felt safe at all times. Can't recommend this place enough. Its one thing to get the qualification and it's another to leave fully inspired and thrilled about boating culture. Duck to water is the place for both!

The level of instruction and balance between theory and practical activities is excellent at Duck-2-Water. Paul is a great instructor. He is highly knowledgable, patient and explains things very clearly. He was very happy to spend all the time necessary and adjust the pace for students so that they can feel confident in the activities. I highly recommend Duck-2-Water for this course as I have obtained additional knowledge and confidence in handling a powerboat which is what I wanted to acheive.

D2W was recommended to me by a friend and I wasn’t disappointed. Good location, great instructor and a big powerful boat. 3 people also seemed like the perfect number on our course. It meant it was hands-on but not all the time so you could learn from others asking questions you hadn’t thought of - or make mistakes before you do - and crew for each other on board.
