Went there today for a service man to have a quick look at a faulty drivers seat which would have taken 5 minutes only to be told it would cost £138 for 5 mins which is disgusting and that's without parts and labour. I was greeted by a miserable female at the service desk and will not be returning even If I decide to buy a new citroen.

Extremely frustrating and disappointing service. Brand new vehicle that has broken down twice now and trying to communicate with Duff Morgan is impossible, they never answer their phone or messages. I definitely would not recommend this company.
