Extremely unhelpful, went in to the store 28/12/22 following a phone call the previous week. It was clear that the guy there didn’t want to help from the minute I arrived. I get that no one enjoys working between Christmas and new year but surely a sale is a sale which could also lead to future sales. He was rude, arrogant and lazy, I will advise anyone who asks me to steer clear of this place.

I needed a quality carpet to be supplied & fitted within six days!! Having visited DW Carpets Netley warehouse/showroom (at 5.30pm on a Tuesday) their attention to detail was absolutely first class, knowledgeable, courteous & extremely helpful and certainly no pushy sales people here. Having selected the carpet range (but not the colour) I gave the room sizes and requested someone to visit to measure up and confirm the ‘set in stone’ price for a supply and fit. The appointment was made for the next day (Wednesday) at lunchtime. Wednesday late morning I received a phone call saying that the estimator could arrive an hour earlier would that be OK – yes please. Once the estimator had measured up, I arranged with him to re visit the showroom some two hours later to confirm stock levels and the ‘set in stone price’ and to see what could be done to help my supply and fit deadline. Upon returning to the showroom my preferred carpet stock levels were checked and the price was given in a written format – I was a happy customer, now to discuss when the fitting could be done and, after ‘juggling’ their fitters planned jobs they confirmed the fitting could be done on Thursday afternoon – AMAZING. I went through the order, paid for the carpets and was asked for the fitting charges to be paid direct to the fitters. Thursday afternoon the fitters arrived and the two of them mirrored the same service and approach of their colleagues from the showroom warehouse, they were knowledgeable, courteous & extremely helpful again. From Tuesday evening at 5.30pm until Thursday evening at 6pm to select, purchase and have fitted my new carpets – WHAT A FANTASTIC SERVICE. My sincere thanks to the entire DW Carpets Team, in particular: Ed in the showroom Joe in the estimating Adam in the fitting Lee in the fitting It was a pleasure to deal with all of you and I can only say a BIG THANKYOU for everything you have done. I will be using DW Carpets again and I will be recommending them to everyone. DW Carpets are run like a Swiss Watch, I think mainly because they a family run business with nice people on board who are interested in what they do and more importantly, they all care about what they do.
