Today when l collected my glasses from your premises in Derwent Parade, l walked through the door what met me was something that should not be happening to a woman ie your receptionist who was only doing her job and on minimum wage l may add. A customer was not happy at the service she was getting and wanted to see an optician who was nowhere to be seen, she spoke to someone over the phone, but did not get the answer she wanted and started to get very angry which brought the receptionist to tears who by the way should not be we working on her own. Because of what l saw l will not be buying my next pair of glasses from you establishment and l hope this receptionist will get the help she needs if not she might as well go and work for Sainsburys where she will be treated better!

Very Good Customer Service by the Optician. Sam, the Lady behind the counter, is very kind and amazing to talk to. Her knowledge and understanding of the products and range of glasses, meant the problems associated with having new glasses were easily resolved. They do go the extra mile in order to help their Customers, highly recommended.

Terrible service had an eye test 4 weeks ago ordered and paid 200 for one new pair of glasses. No communication at all from them I have had to chase found out first pair they broke trying to fit lenses was told they will be in on Tuesday. Still no glasses or communication I would not recommend this opticians to anyone.

I was pleased to meet the new owner until i went to pick glasses from the nhs range and it was old stock . I was told to come back in a week and forget so was sent a card to remind me..how nice I thought ..so I called in and the new manager who I previously spoke to then informs that I should have cam back in a week as the new stock had all gone...really.. I said. He the yells me there is no choice but old stock and its my fault I didnt call in sooner. Not great customer service more like cuss tomer. I have returned to see if all could be resolved ....thankfully the owner was understanding and helped me find the right frames..faith restored but the lady with red hair needs customer service training..I left happy
