Excellent service from start to finish. I arranged for Ian to visit my elderly mother who, after weeks of unsuccessful treatment at her local doctors was still struggling to hear. After just one call to Ian, he gave me some excellent advice and visited mum that day. Using the suction method he successfully cleared the ears and returned her to full hearing. Great guy, very fair cost, professional and a very experienced and capable audiologist. Highly recommended.

Being in severe pain, and not being able to get an appointment at the doctors for over 2 weeks, I contacted Ian who came to see me the following morning. He straight away put me at my ease, even though the procedure in my case was painful, but, throughout the process, he was both calming and reassuring. What a really lovely chap...
