Had to wait 6 weeks for an appointment. This was cancelled the day before. Another appointment made in another 6 weeks. Cancelled due to optician going into hospital. Another 4 week wait. Phoned on the day to check. Yes all okay. The man phoned to say 25 minutes away. As the phone cut off as I went to answer he left the message on the answer phone. Waited an hour and phoned the office. He "supposedly " had come to the flat and rang the doorbell for 15 minutes. It's a small flat with an extremely loud bell. He also said parking was difficult. We live in an assisted living flat with a huge free car park outside the front door. Another 2 week wait and today Alam Raz arrived. Excellent. Very friendly. Professional service. Unlike Sevi who should have gone to Spec Savers.
