I went to see Ben a few weeks ago in agony with my neck, shoulder and arm. My GP gave me some muscle relaxants and sent me on my way. I searched for a chiropractor in my area and I thank my lucky stars this came up. So off I went and booked an appointment and went to see Ben. He quickly diagnosed the issue and set to work on healing me. Within a couple of sessions, the pain eased and life seemed so much better. I did all the exercises recommended and I am thankful I am pretty much recovered now. I was off work for 3 weeks and I credit Ben for it not being longer. He is a wonderful chiropractor and has impeccable manners, I felt at ease with him straight away and he is really easy to talk to! I went to Ben when I was at my lowest and he confidently healed my pain and I don’t know if he is even aware but helped with my mental health. I cannot recommend him enough and wish I could give him a million stars.

Ben is very professional and helpful. He has helped me greatly with my lower back and neck pain! After few sessions i feel great, the pain has subsided substantially! I was given a few home exercises to do as well to help alleviate the pain. I would recommend Ben to anyone with any issues as he listens to your problems and comes up with a great plan to make it work for you.

Ben has been fantastic in building a stretching programme over several appointments to reduce general tightness, strengthen in key areas, and reduce aches and pains. Whilst going through the stretches Ben explained each one thoroughly, described what I should be feeling, how far I should push on each one, and general frequency for each, ensuring I was happy what I needed to do on a daily / weekly basis. As a result I feel generally looser and have increased the enjoyment and amount of sport and fitness I do. Highly recommend.
