Been a patient at this practice for over 30 years, in the past i have always had good service and always found the staff and doctors - friendly, professional and helpful. During and since Covid the service has deteriorated DRAMATICALLY! Covid wasn't my fault, had all my inoculations and followed all the rules - why did the service levels chang??? A lot of people have trouble with modern technology and should not be EXPECTED to 'do things on line'!??? Sadly now trying a new Surgery.

VERY POOR STANDARD OF PATIENT CARE: Unbelievable treatment. Waited 6 weeks for appointment Face to Face at surgery.. DR SUSMITA DAS who was incompetent totally.. Arrived 25 mins late for start of appointments with out any apology.. Concern’s many this GP does not or can’t be bothered to do blood/ pressure / diagnostics check as symptoms need to be investigated .To make up her personal time she only gave a 3 minute appointment also .. At the end she could only offer a mental health Cafe we’re you could have a cup of coffee an a bite to eat . Also when ask were this Cafe was ‘Doctor was completely clueless and lacked the knowledge or integrity to give any area this Cafe is at … Very very sad for many vulnerable patients who are getting treated by this particular Doctor DAS. who does not care one bit …

Great practice, receptionists are excellent and will try and help if possible; I have to say considering what the NHS is having to cope with I feel lucky to have my health valued by this practice. Well done all!!

The practice is dominated by a do nothing & ignore you reception. They mess up my medications routinely, and ignore requests to correct it from myself & pharmacist week after week. You have to lose your rag, dedicate a day to going there and insisting on seeing a doctor for them to stop gaslighting you & sort it out. The appointment policy enforced by rude, obtuse dismissal is: phone every minute from 8.30am for appointment roulette, and if by the time you get through at 9.30 or 10 there isn't an appointment that day, you either wait for 3 weeks, play roulette tomorrow or go to a&e. It doesn't matter if a Dr told you to come back a week later if the agonising pain didn't go, the policy is to overload A&E instead of treating you with respect & empathy.

The receptionists are extremely rude. They don't seem to care much about patients or their job as a whole. Doesn't appear to be any accountability or leadership.

Do NOT go to Dr Kanakanti!! Here’s some reasons: I come regarding some mental health problems a few years back I was not helped and listened to one bit and told to go on a walk! My young brother during lockdown got very sick with a throat infection to the point he couldn’t breathe and was suffocating himself, she told us to wait for the antibiotics to kick in! She prescribed my 3 WEEK OLD BABY eye drops for conjunctivitis and before giving them to him I read the box and it said DO NOT use for children under 2 YEARS OLD! I confronted her about this and she said this doesn’t matter 😂. I had just phoned in order for her to help my other son with his mental health, how to deal with situations, and to boost his confidence up and she told me he needed a referral from his school headteacher to book an appointment with her! This is ridiculous, he’s been suffering for months and had plenty of teachers tell us to book an appointment but she didn’t want to help him! To top it all off she’s always extremely extremely rude to every member of our family so I guess she does this to everyone! Only person she actually listens to is my father!!!! Absolutely ridiculous this woman should of never become a doctor!!!! Only time that this was a good GP practice was when one of the doctors had someone taking over! These are absolutely shambles, have you in the room for 30 seconds because they clearly cannot be bothered!!! Please save your patience and do not go to this doctors!!!!!!!
