I called in the morning and by the afternoon on the same day my carpet is already drying. It looks like new, very clean and smells fresh. I also had a dressing table's chair with an upholstery on top which had a stain and they cleaned it so well the stain is now gone and the chair has a new life. Very friendly on the phone and very professional and quick response. Highly recommend!
