Most appalling customer service I have EVER experienced. Eco Green failed over and over again to collect bin bags leading to complaints from other tenants in the buidling and the building owners. Each time I complained they couldn't explain why the rubbish hadn't been collected. Eventually they told me to just go elsewhere and that they wouldn't be picking up my rubbish anymore(!) despite me already forking out several hundred pounds for their bags. I still had about £200 worth of unused bin bags which are useless as no other provider would collect bags not issued by themselves. Since then they have ignored every single email I have sent (well into double figures) asking for my refund and ignored all my phone calls. I've even submitted enqueries on their website that have been ignored and when you call their customer service number you get a message saying 'this number does not exist.' When you try their mainline Number you get through to a rude receptionist who can't put you through to anyone who can help and despite saying they'll take your message no one will ever call you back. When you take into account that I work for a small charity the lack of customer service and retainment of money is even more dispicable. I've had to pay another company more money to do the job properly and am still out of pocket because of the appalling service from Eco Green.
