EcoBright has definitively become one of our best suppliers in terms of reactivity, communication, and advice. Since we initially had many positive experiences asking Ecobright as simply a supplier. We approached EcoBright for supply and advice of a new file storage solution - which for us was a huge project in terms of cost and potential downtime - The advice and knowledge from Rob were fantastic. Rob visited us on-site, went through all of our requirements, and specified and priced different solutions. Not only was the specification for our new server fantastic, but, the advice regarding the migration, backup, and implementation was invaluable. I doubt that without the advice from Rob this migration wouldn't have gone as smoothly as it did, with no downtime and our users reporting the difference (better) in speed accessing their resources. We use H.P. kit here and was very impressed by the cost versus some of our larger "regular" suppliers. Given the inherent constraints on any budget in this day and age, I would not hesitate to recommend Rob and EcoBright, they have consistently provided us with solutions that exceeded our expectations, come in under our budget, and left us with room to expand in the future. Times have been extremely difficult and I have really appreciated the guys at EcoBright - they have continued to supply us with great pricing, great service, and lead times that have not been beaten by any other supplier.
