I queried Edward about his bespoke services and his customer care was unparalleled! Edward went above and beyond in speaking to us, sourcing all sorts of different stones for us to consider, and mocking up different possible iterations of a setting before we even made a decision about working together. He answered us so quickly and it really made us feel taken care of. Ultimately we didn’t end working with Edward on this project, but only because the stones we were looking for were very specific and difficult to source, and I was particular about wanting to see them in person first. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Edward for any other project. If you are looking for an honest designer with excellent customer service and craftsmanship, I have no doubt you’ll be in safe hands here.

He came up with designs that both of us loved (not an easy task!) through a very enjoyable and collaborative process. All our guests were commenting on the rings on our wedding day.
