Awful experience from start to finish. Booked a table for 7pm and was told the restaurant was very full. Tried to seat us in a makeshift table, upstairs next to the toilets. Told them that the smell was off-putting and they said the only seats available were outside in the smoking area. Ordered food then 30 minutes later the same waiter came back and asked us to order again as they had lost the order. Still no food after 1.5 hrs and was eventually moved inside to the restaurant. Was not provided a steak knife after asking twice, was given the wrong bill and charged for the 'complementary' garlic bread. The food was ok but the standard of service was shockingly bad. The waiter said it was bad as there were a lot of students working there 'who don't know what they are doing'. Will not be returning.

Went for a meal for our baby's 1st birthday as I little celebration, staff were absolutely fantastic with the baby and also the step daughter who has autism and adhd so if very fussy with her food, they took on our requests of how she likes her food and did her meal accordingly, food was amazing I had the welsh lamb chops with mash, will definitely ve going back in the future to try some other thing's on the menu Kid-friendliness: Fantastic
