my second time to the same place. coffee is ok but everything else on the menu taste bad. We tried the honey cake which was soooo eggy and the fresh fruit cake has no fruit but a jello topping!!! its soooo overrated like many other places in knightsbridge

The nicest decor you'll find in a cafe but probably the most expensive and worst food I've ever had. The Karak chai was insanely expensive and tasted like soap water. If you're looking for a place in Knightsbridge I suggest chapati and Karak much much better value at this price point and even cheaper than Elan. I wouldn't come here again. Tl;dr - visually appealing but severely lacks any substance and insanely expensive for what it is

brilliant experience! I really like the decoration, the style is very cute, everything is pink💖💖 The staff are quite kind and enthusiastic. The drinks are really pretty and delicious～ Strongly recommend the Eggs Benidict!

Went here just to grab some items for takeaway. First of all the system for take out / dine in needs looking at. No clear direction apart from a neon sign saying click n collect. We just wanted to order not click or collect. Second of all, we made our way to the counter because there was no instruction, 8 staff members behind the counter and two of us waiting to order and not ONE of them acknowledged they had two customers waiting for at least 5 mins! Even what looked like the duty manager didn’t care to acknowledge! Not a good energy in this place! We basically had to ask to be served and then made to feel like we shouldn’t even be in here. Never been to this chain before and definitely would NOT go here again. We were only passing but made a mistake even stepping foot into this overrated cafe. There are way better places around than here. And customer service training needs looking at. Even one star is too generous. When chains get too big the service suffers.
