Do not bother calling Mr Hassan's office. His secretary is extremely rude and suggested visiting A&E instead of having an appointment booked with a private surgeon which is specifically what I was looking for. Anyway, I wouldn't want to be funding anyone who hires staff with such rubbish attitude. It is more to do with her tone of voice and not being polite or courteous with callers in general and this is a good enough reason to avoid to avoid this office especially as there are other negative reviews posted here as well.

I researched online all the UK Plastic Surgeons and chose Mr Hassan. Mr Hassan, his office staff and the hospital staff were very professional. I had 2 surgeries: 1 under general anaesthetic and 1 under local anaesthetic. I had liposuction, a one stitch face lift (I was not happy with the results) so had a mini face lift and brow lifts. After the first operation I hated the chin strap because it caused me constant pain but after the second operation, I was given a larger sized chin strap and I now love it. I now know how important this chin strap is for the healing process. It has only been 6 months since my second operation but I am very happy with my results. Thank you Mr Hassan, your office staff and all the staff in the Birmingham Hospital

I had a rhinoplasty in October 2017 with Mr Hassan and I am deeply unhappy. I’ve been left with deformities and breathing problems. He’s been extremely dismissive with the issues he’s caused. Please research your surgeons on multiple websites before going with them!

My second surgery with Dr Hassan and I couldn't be happier once again with the results and the experience in general was ironically almost enjoyable, very easy going surgeon and consultants, very calming and comfortable. I couldn't recommend Elite any higher.

I had rhinoplasty with Mr Hassan on the 31st January and absolutely love my results and am now no longer self conscious about my nose. I can't quite believe what he has done as it looks so natural, and like I've had this nose my whole life. The experience in hospital was better than I ever could have asked for- it was such an easy and pain free experience. The staff were also wonderful. I can't believe what Mr Hassan can do and I would highly recommend him. The process was amazing throughout and he really made me feel at ease. After a month my nose is still swollen but I know the results will only get better and I can't wait!

I recently had rhinoplasty with Mr Hassan and I couldn't be happier. From initial consultation he was very friendly & approachable all the way through to the op it's self & beyond. The skill Mr Hassan has is beyond compare. I would trust him with any cosmetic work! I had ZERO pain & minimal bruising which was gone by day 6 post op. The nurses at BMI Birmingham were lovely, as was the anaesthetist. Both came to check up on me a couple of hours post op. I was in at about 9am, out of theatre by 11am ish, had my packs out just gone 5pm & discharged just gone 6pm. It couldn't have gone better!!!

I recently underwent forehead lowering surgery. Although I was nervous Mr Hassan and his team made me feel as relaxed as they possibly could. I had thought of doing this procedure for many years and I am glad that I finally did it. I wish I had made the decision years ago. I would recommend anyone considering this procedure to go ahead as the results are quite life changing.
