Tariq and Ellis and Co have been excellent managing agents of my Islington flat, always treating tenants fairly and providing excellent communication and then he found a buyer for the flat in difficult circumstances and was instrumental in pushing the lawyers along and liaising with the purchasers. I’ve dealt with a lot of Agents and Tariq ranks as one of the best ones for sure! I highly recommend him!

Awful, avoid at all costs. Basic repairs not completed (at all, let alone with a delay) very very dirty on moving in, horrendously unorganised and will try to keep your deposit with no justification. Seriously, avoid at all costs
