If I could give these guys a 10 star review I would. Whist visiting Cheltenham during Christmas I broke my glasses. Although my frame was beyond repair the two ladies in store quickly located a new frame that was suitable for my existing lenses. I was away with what felt like new glasses in just 10 mins. None of the other opticians I visited would even look to see if there was a frame that was close. Amazing service and if I lived locally would be my optician of choice. Thank you, thank you, thank you, you saved my Christmas

Just wanted to express my sincere thanks to Neil at the Cheltenham business. My husband and I popped in to look at some glasses and book an appointment. I had an pair of designer vintage sunglasses that were missing a few stones and I asked him if he could possibly send them away for repair and give me and indication of cost. He took them out the back and repaired them for me with no cost. This represents total excellence and I was taken aback by this exceptional service. Would highly recommend these services.

A really great service. They literally made magic happen to source the right lenses and made on site and fitted them within 24hours when we had to leave for Africa within 36hours (where we live!). Amazing. Definitely will return. They also had great 'Harry Potter' frames for our son in different colours. Awesome. Thank you

During Lockdown I called Ellis & Killpartrick to see whether they could adjust my daughter's new specs, as whilst we'd sourced them from somewhere else (only because the Regent Arcade was closed during Lockdown), the Opticians that we bought them from did not adjust them due to social distancing, so my daughter who has special needs could not wear them because 'they were too slippy'. The manager, Neil not only said he would adjust them for her, he made a visit to our home (the next day) with mask and gloves and adjusted them on our drive. He was incredibly patient with our daughter who was understandably a bit afraid of the white mask and not very co-operative, and adjusted the specs to ensure a perfect fit. A simple gesture that meant so much, thank you so much Neil for your kindness. Both my husband and I have always bought our specs from E&K, an extensive range of frames and the service is second to none. Highly recommend!

My 82 year old mother has always had excellent service but I wanted to thank Neil the manager who went above and beyond the call of duty during this virus lock down. On his way home, he went to my mother to fix her glasses for her, not going into the house and keeping his distance. I live over 2 hours away and really appreciate his kindness towards her.
