Ordered these virtually impossible to get flap disks from makita around lunchtime tuesday. Cost me £10 including delivery and vat.. Arrived wednesday morning at 11am. As far as im concerned i shall be using them from now on. Checked some of their pricing on other items and they are very competitive.. Can't fault the service I recieved.

So far I am not too sure about this company . why claim next day free delivery .when its not the case i ordered it on Monday morning and waited in , and checked the parcel progress all it said was processing . so came lunch time I rang ,was told its not gone out yet , it will come tomorrow .still no news other than its processing. so I rang up again and asked any news on the lawn mower I ordered I have taken another day of and was told I get back to you to see what's happening ? just received a call saying it should be here between 1pm - 2 pm

Ordered tile saw on Wednesday for next day delivery as needed it before the weekend, got phone call several hours later to say there was an issue with stock and supply and had to cancel the order. Asked if it had anything to do with pricing etc (was cheapest on the net but not by much) and was told "no" issue with website. Bought my tile saw elsewhere and got delivery next day only to see the tile saw advertised against today on Eldon but £465 more than Wednesday. So, instead of owning up to a mistake, they fobbed me off with a quick lie. Also bought some nodged trowels on next day delivery and have not arrived and it's weekend now so have to rely on Amazon prime now to get my work done this weekend. Not a great experience for me!!
