Probably the worst embassy ever. Very inpatient, rude and disgusting manners. Everyone who works there live a really miserable life and you can tell you just have to act like you don’t care or they’ll end up not giving you your visa.

I was waiting 7 hours I have been on the phone trying to get a visa for 4 hours now and they still don't answer...something needs to change in this embassy. All the workers are lazy! This is not a political issue...it is a moral issue the receptionist and call handler need to be fired! The call handler will also say "I can't hear you properly" to try and end the call quickly...zis is shameful!

Very bad service I been waiting for more than 1hr and 40min to speak some one and finally some one answer the phone before I said a word then he said eritrea embassy sadden when he hear my voice then he said wait and he put me on hold for more than 1hr totally I was in the phone for 2hrs and 40 minutes and after that all the phone was disconnected I have never seen and hear such of service on the this way 😳

I called today for emergency Purpose assuming I will get a better help from my own embassy and people but nobody seems to care I have been told by the members of staff that there is no such as emergency passport , What a shame !
