I’m very gutted about their customer service. I was there to wash my mattress topper; then I realised that the washing machine wasn’t big enough. So I inquired about the laundry service, but the cost was like £65 for a double-sized washable mattress topper, which seemed overpriced compared to other companies or shops. As far as I experienced, I would get the service for £20 more or less, and some companies provide collecting and delivery service (door-to-door service) without extra cost. So I told him I would consider it as the price was out of my budget. Then, he was being rude suddenly, asking me questions in terms of another service that I had for it and prices. Once I answered, he forcibly kept saying, ‘Prove it, Show me the recipe of the service you received.’ So, I had to show him the company’s name and prices to prove it. I felt like I was being subjected to an examination by the police. It was a miserable experience. I think I will never visit this shop.
